With the sale of this year’s Charity House, Greenland Homes proudly donated $220,000 to Children’s Cancer Connection. Through the combined impact of home sale proceeds, donated materials and labor, and generous support from our employee-owners and partners, this brings our total charitable giving to nearly $800,000 raised across 7 Charity Homes built.

What started as a single home has grown into a powerful tradition—funding free camps, family programs, and year-round support for Iowa children and families facing childhood cancer. This home represents more than a successful sale; it’s a symbol of hope, resilience, and the strength of community coming together to create lasting impact. 💛
