This is the first house we have built and could not be happier. I appreciated
the personal contact and allowing us to photograph the home during its
completion. I was actually able to meet and speak with a few of the contractors
during the construction and got the impression it was not just another job for
them but that they knew they were doing something great for my family. The only
trouble we had was one leaky seal on the kitchen faucet, which you had repaired
in less than 24 hours. I was very impressed with you checking in on the house
and our satisfaction after the closing. I have no intentions in moving anytime
soon, but if I do you will be who I call to build me another

"Finding a home in this market can be a stressful experience but when
my wife and I stumbled across our new two-story that Greenland Homes built, it
was easy to know we had found the one. Comparing other homes in the area, our
home set the standards high with features that in this price range are rare.
The floor plan's layout and design were exactly what we wanted and the square
footage was maximized even into the basement and garage.
We were
impressed watching from framing stage how quick and efficient the construction
went. Once our offer was accepted my wife was able to request custom options
that we wanted to have and wherever possible Greenland Homes and their
suppliers made efforts to accommodate. The process from our walkthrough to
